The Role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow Farselt’s client base and partnerships in the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.

This role suits someone commercially driven who understands technology services and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads across the UK market.
  • Build relationships with founders, product leaders and decision-makers.
  • Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and networking.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to shape proposals and solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and pitch decks.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B business development or tech sales.
  • Experience selling digital, software or consulting services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Organised, proactive and results-driven.

Desirable

  • Experience selling web, mobile or cloud services and solutions.
  • Existing UK tech or startup network.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
