The Role: As Founding Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience across Farselt’s products and client solutions. You will define how our products look, feel and function, ensuring usability, accessibility and visual excellence.

This is a senior, hands-on role with significant influence over product direction and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design across web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Champion accessibility, responsiveness and usability best practices.
• Shape Farselt’s design standards and visual identity.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design for digital products.
• Expert in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Confident working closely with developers and stakeholders.

• Startup or early-stage product experience.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS product design.
